 As we move forward through these unprecedented times together, we would like to keep you informed as to the operations here at FurnitreDepot.com.

 Please rest assured that we are closely monitoring the developments with regards to the COVID-19 outbreak and we are taking all necessary precautions and measures as recommended by the CDC. Safety of our staff, customers and the delivery crews is our number one priority.  

 Our delivery partners have adopted the same necessary safety measures set forth by the CDC to protect their crews as well as our customers.

 Please note that in certain areas, local administrations have temporarily limited shipments to threshold deliveries only as an additional layer of protection against the spread of COVID-19. Should the threshold delivery not be an option for you, we will certainly reschedule your delivery with In-Home Delivery & Assembly for a later date once the situation changes. We are working tirelessly to accomplish all deliveries as soon as possible and with as little inconvenience to our customers as we possibly can. If you feel that you would rather receive delivery at a later time, we will certainly work out a delivery for a later date.

 Please further note that delays should be expected. Due to the COVID-19 related limitations, the reduced worker capacities at the factories and the production plants to maintain government implemented social distancing requirements, the supply chain has experienced disruptions and delays. Ocean Freight delays and ground transportation delays are also part of the current reality and should be taken into the account. We ship out and deliver orders to our customers every day; however, as much as we would love to say that we are immune to what is happening not only in our industry but in the entire world, unfortunately, that would not be true. Regardless of the unprecedented circumstances, we are working tirelessly to provide excellent customer service and a pleasant shopping experience; we value your trust and confidence in us and are committed to upholding our promises to you. We ask all our valued customers to please be patient and understanding of the circumstances that we are all facing as a community, as a nation and ultimately as humanity.
